Steam honey pie with nuts and raisins

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2.5 tbsp.
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Egg 1 PC.
Butter 80-100g.
Soda 0.5 tsp
Raisins handful
Walnuts handful
FOR GLAZE:
Cocoa 0.5 tbsp.
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Put butter, honey, sugar, egg in a bowl and put in a water bath,
  • stirring constantly until all ingredients are dissolved.
  • You should get a homogeneous liquid mass. Do not overheat too much.
  • 2. Prepare raisins in advance - wash, steam. Chop the nuts.
  • 3. Add baking soda, mix. Put nuts and raisins
  • mix and start pouring the pre-sifted flour.
  • 4. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands (soft). Collect in a bun.
  • 5. Bowl, for steaming, grease with butter.
  • Roll out the dough or simply "distribute" into the cake with your hands and place it in the bowl.
  • 6. Pour water - 600-700 ml into the multicooker bowl. insert a bowl of dough,
  • close, turn on the "Steam" mode. 20 - 25 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.
  • 7. After the signal, it is better to remove the cake from the multicooker, pour out the water,
  • and put the cake back in a slow cooker for 5-10 minutes so that it cools down a little.
  • Turn the pie over onto a plate, navels up.
  • 8. Cover the cake with chocolate icing (cream) (the “navels” from the bowl will close),
  • sprinkle with coconut crumbs or your choice.

Note

My glass is the usual "Mukhinsky", with a rib)))

So that there are no influxes at the bottom of the pie (I really don't like these nipples), I grease the sides of the steamer bowl with vegetable oil, and lining the bottom with a silicone mesh. The bottom of the pie is beautiful, corrugated.

I didn't make chocolate icing. I attached the remainder of the gelatinous cakes.

Based on this steam miracle, I decided to create a cake.
The recipe was slightly (quite a bit) adjusted to taste:
* Flour - 2.5 tbsp.
* Invert syrup (molasses) - 2 tbsp. l.
* Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.

* Butter - 80 - 100 g
* Soda - 0.5 tsp.
* Prunes - a handful

* Sour cream 25% - 400 g.
* Powdered sugar - 80-100 g.
