On each piece, I spread the minced meat on a tablespoon with top, in the middle of the minced meat I stuck a piece of butter on top - with a teaspoon. Now I have ghee butter in my favorites, you can just ghee, it does not burn when frying. But this is not necessary, but butter will work well.
