I put pieces of loin on a silicone pizza mold, 5 pieces are included, 6-7 pieces will enter the princess's bare bottom, put it tighter if, depending on the size of the loin. I don't put any oil under the loin.

Taste - both baked and fried - the pieces are firm, cut into thin slices, especially cold.
The same thing is fried well in an ordinary frying pan, but - more immediately enters the princess and there is no * splashing *. And the fact that the pieces are warmed up on both sides at once also affects the taste. And quickly a lot of meat is obtained at once.
