Cooking method

  • So, we take red fish: either canned pink salmon in its own juice, or 300 grams of smoked pink salmon, or boil and cool the same 300 grams of any low-fat red fish (pink salmon, chum salmon, salmon). Disassemble with a fork into small parts, separating from the bones.
  • Piccadilly salad
  • We clean, from the peel and core with seeds, apples and chop not finely, I grated the Berner on a coarse grater.
  • Cucumbers, if fresh, I always peel them off, do not cut finely, you can use the same coarse Berner grater. If the pickled cucumbers are just cut into medium cubes.
  • Again, you can use any onion: onions, I have red, you can green feather, you can leek, in general, what is it!
  • Open a jar of pitted olives, pour out the liquid and cut the olives themselves into 2-3 pieces across - into rings.
  • We grind the greens, if we have it, if we don't eat it, we can do it without it, but with dill it is better, for my taste.
  • Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid, pour into a bowl.
  • We mix everything in a salad bowl, if we have taken fresh cucumbers, then add salt to taste, if salty, then salt is not needed. We fill, if you want a lean version, then refined deodorized vegetable oil, I have olive oil, or more satisfying, faster, then mayonnaise - to taste.

I copied the original recipe from a purchased salad from the Diet store on Sadovaya, it was there that he was given such an "original" name, I did not change it. Now all my girlfriends know and make it under this name. In the store, there was a salad with mayonnaise and pickles, but with smoked pink salmon. Over time, I have modernized it for those products that I have at home at the moment. The salad is good because it can be eaten by those who are fasting, on those days when fish is allowed, dressing the salad with vegetable oil. Secondly, there were no black olives at home - I replaced them with green ones.
As a result, I decided that pickled cucumbers should be replaced with fresh ones.
But it seems that this recipe cannot be killed by anything - it turned out very tasty, fresh, beautiful and clean!

I cooked the mackerel in the microwave for 10 minutes, cut all the vegetables into small cubes (Niser Diser). Made with pickles and even olives were available. So fast, tasty, unusual!
