Ingredients

cottage cheese 200-250 gr.
egg 2 pcs.
wheat flour 2 tbsp. l. with a slide

Fill:
sour cream or sour cream + kefir, you can only kefir 250 gr. and more
sugar or invert syrup taste
orange or lemon

Cooking method

  • We begin to prepare our cottage cheese makers by turning on the oven so that it warms up to 220C.
  • Now we knead the dough from the specified ingredients. The dough turns out to be liquid, so I bake the cottage cheese in silicone muffin molds, putting 1 tbsp in each mold. l.
  • During baking, our curds will rise a lot, but do not flatter yourself, leaving the oven they will begin to settle.

  • While the curds are baking, it's time to start pouring:
  • Remove the zest from the orange or lemon and add to the sour cream. If we make it from an orange, then squeeze the juice of a whole orange and also send it to sour cream. Now add sugar to taste and mix.
  • If you make a filling from lemon, then we use the zest of a whole lemon, and we will add lemon juice, starting with half a lemon. Lemon has a sharper taste.
  • We spread the finished curds in any saucepan, bowl, etc. and fill each row with sour cream filling, let it brew to a comfortable temperature for consumption. It is better when the curds float in the filling. Today I filled 400 ml.
  • My filling today consisted of sour cream + kefir + invert syrup + steamed lingonberry.
