Ingredients

Cottage cheese 500 g
Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
Flour 1.5 cups faceted
Vanilla sugar
Salt a little bit
Raisins

Cooking method

  • Grind cottage cheese with a blender foot until smooth, add egg, sour cream, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and mix. Add flour and raisins and knead the dough. I added flour additionally to the table, so that it turned out to roll out thin sausages (I did not very thin, as into lazy dumplings) and cut them into pieces about 3 cm long. Fry in vegetable oil. Delicious as hot, there and cold.

I really liked the recipes of V_tina (thank her very much) from the book "Recipe from the book of T. and I. Rattovichy. Belarusian cuisine. Pakashtuyce - savory, 1993". I found it myself and came across to me the recipe "BATONCHYKI TAROZHNYA", and then there was cottage cheese in the house. In general, everything coincided and I decided to adapt the recipe a little. These types of cheesecakes turned out.
