Ingredients

Dough
egg 1 piece
milk 125 gram
pressed yeast (dry) 5 (2) grams
wheat flour / grade 230-250 grams
salt pinch
butter (margarine) 70-80 grams
Filling
apples 450 grams
sugar 3-4 tbsp. spoons
cinnamon taste
butter 20-30 grams
vanilla in dough option
icing sugar for dusting option

Cooking method

  • Dough
  • Dissolve yeast in milk.
  • Add sugar, salt and egg.
  • Knead the dough in any way.
  • Pie with apples The dough should be soft, but not sticky (slightly softer than dumplings)
  • Roll out the dough thinly. The layer is about 50 to 30.
  • Pie with apples Grease well with soft butter and roll into a roll.
  • Wrap with plastic wrap.

Delicious, moderately sweet cake. I think that a cake from such a dough can be made with any filling. It is neutral in taste. The sweetness came only from the apple filling. The recipe was spied on Olgastih's Cook website. Thank her for it. Made some changes of my own.
