Ingredients:

Flour 1 glass
Baking powder 1 tea the spoon
Sugar 3/4 cup
Eggs 3 pieces
Liquid honey 2 table. spoons

Cooking method

  • Put eggs, sugar, honey, flour mixed with baking powder in a bowl. Beat with a mixer, pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown! Roll the finished biscuit into a roll along with the paper (I always roll along the long side), when it cools down, unfold, remove the paper and then do whatever you want with the biscuit.

  • There is only one subtlety - the only one. This biscuit needs a good BURNER! In my oven, 5-7 minutes is enough, but at my friend's I baked it for a good 15 minutes.

I smeared it with lemon curd, in general it turned out to be so yummy, it's strange that no one has yet used this recipe, and maybe there are underground workers?
