Cooking method

  • I cook this delicious dessert often, always "flies away" with a bang!
  • Pour flour, cocoa, a pinch of salt into a wide bowl and cut butter there. Rub with hands (preferably with gloves) and add the egg, sugar and cold water. The dough should gather into a ball without cracks. We immediately distribute it along the bottom of the form (with our hands), I have 24 cm and make the sides.
  • We put in the refrigerator and prepare the filling
  • Put all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl at once and mix GENTLY with a spoon, without fanaticism. No need to whip or stir too much.
  • Pour the filling onto the dough and back into the refrigerator
  • Cooking the crumb. We grind all the ingredients into large crumbs with our hands (gloves) and distribute them over our filling.
  • We put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and after 10 minutes we decrease it by 160. The cake is baked for a long time, about 50 minutes, I define readiness as follows: - I take it by the edge of the mold and shake it slightly forward and backward. If the center is not shaking, then it is ready. I leave the cake in the open oven until it cools.
  • Berries serve not only as a decoration, but also as a juicy addition))))

JeanneI liked the cake. I can't insert a cut. Moderately sweet, it was normal for the family, but for my taste I would add sugar. I have a sweet tooth. The husband said that the sweetness is what you need. Finally it pleased, otherwise my favorite cakes are sweet for him. And I liked this one. Everything baked well, the filling in the middle is so tender, soft and fragrant, coconut flakes do their job. Doing it is not at all troublesome. At first I thought of doing a Boshik in a combine, but then laziness won, I didn't want to take out the box, then wash everything. And in hand made I only got 2 bowls dirty. I looked at the picture, I thought it was small, but in fact, in the form of 24 cm, how big and heavy it turned out, I did everything according to the recipe. Enough for good company. But another time I can decorate it differently, I would like to cut the fruit less, otherwise it turned out somehow clumsy. Yesterday I found a spray of gelatin, but today I used it in business, gives the fruit shine and does not wind up. I did it before with gel, but you have to smear it very quickly with a brush, otherwise it immediately freezes. And the spray is very convenient. Thanks for the recipe !!!
