Turkey with red beans and tomatoes in its own juice in a multicooker Redmond RMC-M 4502

Ingredients

Turkey (breast) 700 g
Dry red beans 300 g
Tomatoes in their own juice 750 g
Fresh champignons 5 pieces
Bulb onions 1 PC
Parsley, fresh dill a few twigs
Sea salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper mix 1/2 tsp
Dry coriander seeds 1 tsp
Unrefined sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Rinse the beans thoroughly, put them in a multicooker bowl, add 1 liter of water and cook on the "Cooking" mode for 30 minutes. Then drain the water, add the peeled and diced onions, coriander and stir.
  • Cut the turkey breast lengthwise into plates, remove the tomatoes from the juice, peel and cut into cubes. Peel the mushrooms dry and cut into slices lengthwise. Wash the parsley and dill and chop finely.
  • Put on the beans alternating layers of turkey, tomatoes, mushrooms, herbs, salt, a mixture of peppers. Then pour over everything with tomato juice left over from tomatoes and vegetable oil. Cook on the "Stew" mode for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Let it brew for 30 minutes on the "Keep warm" mode (if there is time).
