Homemade low-fat cheese

Ingredients

milk 0.5% 1 liter
fat-free kefir 200 ml
eggs 2 pieces
salt 1 level tablespoon

Cooking method

  • Beat kefir and eggs.
  • Bring the milk and salt to a boil.
  • Pour in the kefir-egg mixture.
  • Constantly stirring, bring to a boil again, and simmer for 3-4 minutes over low heat.
  • Put cheesecloth in a colander in 4 layers, pour out the clot.
  • Weigh out 30 minutes.
  • Then wrap the edges of the gauze, put a plate on top and place the load.
  • Leave on for 4 hours.
  • Store in gauze in the refrigerator.

Naturally, this will increase the calorie content per unit weight, but the total calorie content relative to the original product will remain the same.
