Savoy cabbage cabbage rolls with three fillings

Ingredients

Cabbage 1 large head of cabbage
Carrot 6-8 pcs
Onion 6-8 pcs
Minced meat (I have turkey) 0.5KG
Dry beans (I have a mix) Glass
Tomatoes 6-8 pcs
Sour cream Option

Cooking method

  • take a large head of cabbage and separate the leaves (if there is no Savoy, you can use the Peking one)
  • Cut out the vein and get two blanks.
  • I really like it when different tastes are found in one plate, so we make three different fillings
  • 1st filling - meat
  • Fry grated carrots, onions and tomatoes, let cool slightly and mix with minced meat (I have turkey), salt and pepper
  • 2nd filling - beans
  • Boil the beans soaked overnight (pressure cooker) and pass them into a meat grinder. Mix with fried onions and tomatoes (you can add garlic and Bulgarian pepper)
  • 3rd filling - vegetable
  • Cut the carrots into large strips and fry until soft, fry the onions in a separate frying pan, combine. You can add tomatoes and peppers (salt, a little sugar)
  • Now we take the prepared leaves and put them in a bowl of boiling water for 20-30 seconds. They instantly soften.
  • We spread the cabbage rolls on a baking sheet in three rows. I pour sour cream (a little water, a little salt and herbs) and put in the oven 165-170 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • You can also stew in a saucepan in gravy, but this particular type of cabbage is best baked in the oven.

When I bought the seeds of this "beauty" of cabbage, I did not believe that it would be possible to grow it in the near Moscow region. The result exceeded all expectations !!
