Ingredients

bacon or pancetta 5 slices
onion 1 PC
garlic 1 clove
tomatoes in s / s 0.5 cans
sugar 0.5 h l
dry white wine 0.5 multi-glass
white beans in s / s 1 can
olive oil
rosemary and oregano taste
salt taste

Cooking method

  • There are many recipes for this dish in different versions. And by the way of cooking too. You can cook both on the stove and in the oven, but I decided to do it in a cartoon.
  • Finely chop the bacon and fry it without oil on baking until golden brown. Add oil, onion, fry. Add the chicken cut into pieces, salt and fry until the end of the program. Then we add wine, tomatoes (I buy chopped tomatoes in s / c in boxes), seasonings (this time I didn't add rosemary with oregano, my daughter asked). I put the stewing program on for 1 hour. After half an hour, I remove the valve so that some of the liquid evaporates. If you cook without wine, you don't need to open the valve either. Drain the beans and add to the meat at the end of the program. Let it brew and taste with pleasure. I served with homemade spaghetti, sprinkled with cheese on top.
