  • 4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-190 C for 35-45 minutes. I baked in Steba's mini oven. The temperature was set at 210C, convection, top-bottom. (Here I made the SECOND mistake! Since the form was bland, and the dough was not enough for it, it baked faster and the crust was overdried! I had to get it earlier! It didn’t affect the taste much, but I would like a softer crust, but I’m BALDA !!! )
  • She took it out of the oven, turned it over onto a dish, melted the icing and decorated the cupcake. And here he is BEAUTIFUL!
