Wild mushroom soup with sauerkraut in a multicooker Redmond RMC-M 4502

Ingredients

Forest mushrooms (boletus, honey agarics, white) frozen 300 g
Sauerkraut with carrots 300 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Unrefined sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Potatoes 100 g
Pepper mix 1/2 tsp
Sea salt 1 tsp
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Dry cumin 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Peel and cut onions into cubes. Squeeze the sauerkraut slightly. Defrost the mushrooms, drain the liquid and cut into large cubes, leave the small mushrooms whole.
  • Pour olive oil into the multicooker bowl and set the "Fry" mode for 10 minutes. Add onions to the oil and sauté, stirring occasionally, after 2 minutes put the cabbage, after 3 minutes add mushrooms, caraway seeds, a mixture of peppers, salt and sauté everything together until the end of the time. Add potatoes, cut into strips.
  • Then add water to the 2 liter mark and cook for 1 hour on the "Soup" mode. 5 minutes before the end of cooking the soup, add unrefined sunflower oil and bay leaf. After turning off the "Soup" mode, let it brew for 20 minutes on the "Keep warm" mode.
