Minestrone Italian vegetable soup

frozen green peas 100 g
canned beans 200 gr.
tomatoes in their own juice 200 gr.
sun-dried tomatoes taste
bacon (optional) low fat (allumette) 100 g
frozen parsley taste
dried basil taste
dried cibulet onion taste
salt pepper taste
olive oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
bouillon cube (optional)
garlic 2 teeth

Cooking method

  • Peel and chop all vegetables.
  • Onions, carrots, two types of celery, turnips, potatoes, zucchini cut into small cubes.
  • Chop the garlic. Finely chop the leek.
  • Switch on the "frying" mode. When the signal sounds, pour the olive oil into the bowl and add all the vegetables in order.
  • First, onions and leeks - fry for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Then garlic, carrots and stalk celery - fry again for a couple of minutes, not forgetting to stir.
  • Next add root celery, turnips, zucchini, potatoes and lastly the peas.
  • Stew the vegetables a little, stirring constantly.
  • Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add to the soup. (it is possible without them)
  • Set the "vegetables" mode for 10 min. pressure 0.7.
  • Wait until the pressure is released, pour water (about 1 liter) into the bowl.
  • Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan and add to the soup.
  • Season the minestrone with salt and pepper, add parsley, cibulet and basil. You can add a bouillon cube.
  • Set the "soup" mode for 20 min. pressure 0.7.
  • At the end of the program, wait until the pressure is released, open the lid and add the beans.
  • Set the mode \ "languor \", 88 degrees, 2 hours.
