Ingredients

Red wine 50 ml.
cheese sauce ready 300 ml.
fresh mushrooms 100 g
bulb onions 1 PC.
parsley 50 gr.
vegetable oil 100 ml.
salt and pepper taste

hard cheese 50 gr.
breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking method

  • We need thin pancakes according to any recipe you like. I honestly make most pancakes by eye. I scoop all the milk leftovers out of the refrigerator, thump a couple of testicles, and so on along the list. You can take whatever recipe you like.   • We take pancakes. Turn over with the tanned side to the top. Put 1 tbsp on the tanned side. a spoonful of filling, roll it up with an envelope. The unbaked side of the pancake remains outside. Put the envelopes in a fireproof form, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. We bake in the oven until golden brown.

I also wanted to throw the minced meat, but it turned out that I ran out of it, it was lazy to start the meat grinder because of a small piece, so I cut it. And I blended because I just love homogeneous fillings in pancakes. And to me on "you" please.
