Ingredients

Butter 50 gr.
Onion 1 head
Carrot 1 PC.
Milk 600 ml.
Water 250 ml.
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Thyme 2 twigs
Canned corn 1 can
Canned white beans 1 b.
Parsley for decoration and serving
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • 1) In a multicooker on the "Fry" mode, melt the butter and fry the finely chopped onion. Together with him, fry the carrots grated on a coarse grater. It only takes 5 minutes, disable the mode.
  • 2) Pour in milk, add diced potatoes, thyme leaves. Drain the corn and beans and add with the water to the rest of the food. Cook on Soup for 20 minutes.
  • 3) Season with salt to taste, serve on bowls, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy a delicious soup!

Easy to prepare, light in composition and for the body, obscenely tasty - I can't add anything else. Unless - you can cook and not in a slow cooker. Use a deep skillet or saucepan.

Today I tried this wonderful soup - I liked it very much
The family took it with some disbelief, but it is really wonderful, it smells deliciously like milk corn. Really easy to cook and in the stomach, yet quite satisfying.
Enrolled in the staff of permanent soups, especially since there are always ingredients for it, and it is made very quickly. Thyme, however, was not, replaced with parsley.

Very tasty! And unusual. Yes, I cooked it without thyme, but added herbs, red hot pepper and one clove of garlic. If you strictly follow the recipe, it turns out a bit thick for me, I like thinner soups, so I added water. lada-matushka, thanks, I will cook this soup more often.
