And here it is, the very taste of boiled beef that has retained the natural aroma of properly cooked meat! But the meat was not of the best quality - ordinary ribs bought in the store. Only fatty ones, as required for our recipe.
  • I want to emphasize that the meat and potatoes at the exit are baked, without gravy and sauce. This is exactly what I wanted to cook today.
  • And helped in this process is a wonderful modern pot - the slow cooker Russel Hobbs.
  • Preparation
  • - Wash beef ribs with meat well, soak a little, dry and fry in a spoonful of butter with coarsely chopped onion and carrots, cut into circles, on a hot frying pan on all sides. Sprinkle the meat with aromatic Sayan salt or black pepper, dry garlic, suneli hops or your favorite seasoning. I would not recommend overloading the taste of meat with spices in this recipe.
  • - Cut the potatoes into large chunks, sprinkle with Adyghe salt or salt with herbs, dry garlic and black pepper, sprinkle with oil, mix and put on the bottom of the slow cooker.
