Cake with prunes

Ingredients

Dough
Flour 1 tbsp.
Egg 2 pcs.
Condensed milk 1 ban.
Slaked soda 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Cream
Sour cream (fattest) 500-600 g
Powdered sugar 150 g
Prunes (pitted) 100-150 g

Cooking method

  • Beat 2 eggs, add condensed milk and gradually, a tablespoon of flour. Add slaked soda and vanillin. Pour the resulting dough into a rice cooker pre-greased with margarine and sprinkled with semolina. All this incl. on the juice. After a while, the rice cooker will switch to warm, and since it cannot be switched to juice immediately, we wait for a while and as soon as it can be switched, then it is on again. on the juice. And so on until our dough "grabs". We take out the cake and while it cools down, we will do the cream.
  • Beat sour cream with sugar. powder and at the end knead the pre-chopped prunes with a spoon. Grease the cakes generously with this cream. Bon Appetit!

I found this cake on the Internet and immediately decided to try to bake it in a rice cooker (soon with all these experiments I will not be able to enter any door)
