  • Of course, I myself would catch it, cod, with pleasure ... but it is not found in our pond. As, however, and today's second "ingredient" ... halibut. Well, someone who, but this one in terms of fat content and juiciness will not fail. That's why he is a halibut.
  • Well, the cod has already been purchased in the form of fillets, so it hasn't been easier. They carefully cut off the meat from the skin and all business.

  • And seasonings "for fish". The mixture is like this. All kinds of herbs and stuff. Coriander, by the way, can be slightly poured. Will not be superfluous.
