Ghee butter 30 g

Cooking method

  • I have never made a fish using the sous vide method. I decided to try it. The object was salmon, which had been purchased before NG and was waiting for its fate in the freezer. The husband sawed it into three parts. Three steaks were made from one part, 3-4 cm thick. The thickness of the fish is important in determining the cooking time. It turned out delicious!
