I ask for help from a specialist!
I bought HP Bestron ABM2003 at a bargain price (the link is not allowed according to the rules of the forum). Brand new, but it was clear that it was not without a defect. I switched it on to the main mode and waited. The dough was kneaded and rose perfectly, but the heating did not turn on. OK. Better now. One of two thermal fuses at 157 aboutC doesn't work. Either faulty, or it worked. Replaced both. Now the heat has ruined the next batch of dough. T sensorabout within 120-130 KOhm, however, I do not know at what temperature it generally plays a role, I generally did not rise above 40-45 (I turned it off).

In short, in the end, it turns out that heating by itself does not start according to the program, without touching anything at all, but only when you turn on the 220V network.
What's wrong?

You need to search in the control board, from the relay and further to the controller. It seems that the thermal at 157 * C is protective, it has triggered from overheating. To blow on it with compressed gas (used to remove warts) or apply nitrogen, most of this is restored.
T sensor within 120-130 KOhm, which one in this HP I do not know, it is usually normalized at 25 * C

Thanks for the answer! For now, I will pull out the teng and use it as a dough mixer. There will be inspiration - I'll dig some more while I read the opinions. The relay is checked, it works.
