Ingredients

Green beans 400 g
Pumpkin 250 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Walnuts handful
Olive oil (vegetable) 2-3 st. l.
Lemon 0.3 pcs.
Greens (preferably cilantro and dill)
Capers (if any) handful
Tuna (mine) or other canned fish in its own juice taste
Ground black pepper (you can add ground paprika)

Cooking method

  • I offer a delicious instant salad for winter and summer. Perfectly prepared from both frozen green beans and fresh ones. A pumpkin can be replaced with a carrot, and in the absence of a post, choose any fish. But tuna is of course preferable.

  • - Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. l. vegetable refined oil, throw in the washed frozen beans, add a couple of tablespoons of water, sprinkle the beans with lemon juice and simmer under the lid until the water evaporates and the beans are soft for 7-10 minutes. Add the beans a few minutes before cooking and stir. The beans need to be softened, but still retain their shape and color. At the end of cooking, pepper the beans with ground black pepper, paprika and transfer to a bowl.
