Cheese 150 gr.
Good quality butter 30 gr.

Cooking method

  • I do not pretend to be classic. Once I tried it and I liked to cook that way. And when I don’t remember.
  • First, you need to prepare all the food, tools and baking dish. Since the preparation is very fast and does not like to stand.

  • 1. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or corn flour on the bottom and sides. I have two shapes: rectangular 25 * 12 * 7 and 16 * 20 * 6 and another small plate with handles. Of course, whoever has ceramic specials, then ... I went to envy ... It's more beautiful.

  • 2. Prepare a convenient frying pan for béchamel and whisk so that it is convenient to stir. You will have to mix a lot and quickly. Therefore, it should be convenient. We also need a spatula and a tall glass to beat the whites.
  • 3. We prepare all the products. Weigh, pour .... Salt and pepper ... In general, everything should be at hand.
  • 4. Turn on the oven. By the time of baking, the temperature should be 160 degrees. No more no less.

  • We rub the cheese on a medium grater.
  • The eggs are out of the fridge. I just washed it under hot water. Separate the whites and yolks. Protein in a tall glass. Beat until steep peaks. I learned to do this very quickly. First, at the lowest speed with the whisk of the blender, until the bottom turns white (just slightly raise the whisk so that it does not scrape along the bottom). This is literally 30 seconds. And then at the highest speed, rotating the whisk inside the glass. We put the proteins in the refrigerator.

  • The dough becomes large and the consistency is very airy. The mixture should be fairly thick and should not settle.
