Ingredients

Eggs 1 PC
Sugar 2st. l
Semolina 50gr
Kefir 70ml
Cottage cheese 200gr
Carrot 1 PC

Cooking method

  • A healthy and tasty casserole.
  • 1. Beat eggs with sugar
  • 2. Pour semolina with kefir and leave for 30 minutes
  • 3. Grate carrots on a fine grater
  • 4. Mix all the ingredients
  • 5. You can add raisins, candied fruits, dried apricots
  • 6. Heat the oven
  • 7. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
  • 8. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 30 minutes at 200 *

Note

The number of products given in the recipe doubled. Raisins were added to the casserole.
