Pork ribs 2-3 kg

Sweet paprika 2 tbsp. l
Brown sugar 2.5 tbsp. l
Dry onion powder 2 tsp
Powdered dry garlic 2 tsp
Dry basil 1.5 tsp
Ground coriander 1 tsp
Thyme dry 1 tsp
Powdered Pepper Blend 2 tsp
Ground cumin (zira) 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
For the sauce:
Any BBQ sauce 1 tbsp. l
Orange juice 1 PC
Mustard 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix all dry ingredients.
  • Remove the foil from the ribs, rub thoroughly with Rub, wrap each rib in foil and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next day:
  • Bake the ribs directly in the foil in the oven at 120'C for 4 hours.
  • Prepare the sauce:
  • Mix all the ingredients. For spicy lovers, add spicy sauce to your loved ones.
  • Pull the ribs out 30 minutes before the end. Unfold each and gently brush on one side of the sauce. Seal again in foil and let bake for another 30 minutes!

To your health! I'm not a fan of American food at all. But they still have some worthy things. My husband is a fan of the grill. On his huge thing, he makes ribs for 8 hours. Of course they are divine. But now it's winter and you won't get too warm. And here are these 4 o'clock ribs, a perfect replacement for our family. We also love homemade hamburgers.
