Ingredients

Dried beans 100 g
Bulb onions. small 60 g
Big carrots 120 g
Stalked celery 100 g
Fresh tomatoes 2
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar, or lemon juice taste
Ground black pepper taste
Parsley 3 twigs

Cooking method

  • Leave the empty slow cooker to warm up for 20 minutes in HIGH mode.
  • Let's put the kettle on the fire, we need hot water.
  • Let's clean, wash and prepare vegetables:
  • Chop the onion finely and finely,
  • Carrots in thin circles
  • Celery-thin slices.
  • Sort the beans, rinse, put in a liter saucepan, add cold water and cook over high heat for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then drain the water, rinse the beans with cold water, put in a slowcooker bowl, pour hot water 2 cm higher than the beans, add prepared onions, carrots, celery and 30 ml of vegetable oil, cover and cook in HIGH mode for 3-4 hours until full soft beans.
  • Add 2 tomatoes, cut into slices, pepper, turn off the slow cooker and let it brew for an hour.
  • Season the finished chorba with salt and vinegar to taste.
  • Add parsley to the plate

I do not have a "languishing" mode in a slow cooker, and for "soup / stewing" I am afraid that carrots, onions, celery will be digested in 3-4 hours (IMHO, of course). And, if there is a SLOW COOK mode, then it will definitely fit
