Ultra-pasteurized milk 3.2% 1 l
Sugar 300 g
Soda pinch

Cooking method

  • Put everything in a slow cooker pan (I have a 3.5L Sybarizka), turn on the HI mode with the lid open. I mixed it several times.
  • Time - 12 hours.
  • Then turn off the MDV, cover with a lid and leave to cool for another 12 hours.
  • Pour into a jar (350ml), refrigerate.
  • There was no time to photograph. As it is.
  • After the refrigerator:

I cooked in Panasonic on the stewing mode for 6-8 hours with the lid open. For some reason, the second time took longer. But then the condensed milk after the refrigerator could be cut with a knife, the color was dark brown.
