  • The broth was cooked from the head, tail, and all sorts of fins. From the very salmon that was salted. Well, of course, a couple of onions, peppercorns, dried white roots went into the pan. The main thing is not to salt the broth. Do not! I'll tell you later ... why.
  • Colleagues, I will tell you a terrible secret ... or rather I confess (blushing and stammering) in a sophisticated (not to be confused with vile) lies. I'm really ashamed. BUT! SHOULD! I, when I was preparing a fish hodgepodge last time,

  • then ... well, there was no fish broth. And there was ordinary water. Here! It immediately became easier ...
  • It just so happened that the cooked broth was used for another, and I found out about this already at the moment when he, the broth, had to be used.
  • Why did it happen? And then my beloved did not like hodgepodge and cooked soup. And I ... I had already prepared everything for the hodgepodge and only at the moment the hodgepodge began to assemble did I find out about it, so I had to ... get out. And my beloved, having eaten the hodgepodge then, suddenly became imbued with this soup.
