Chocolate-nut paste

Ingredients

Boiled condensed milk 1 can
Finely chopped nuts
(walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts)
1 tbsp.
Butter
room temperature
1 pack
(200 g)
Cocoa 3-4 tbsp. l.
not a big slide

Cooking method

  • Grind the nuts with a blender or mince, mix with cocoa. Add butter and condensed milk. Stir everything with a spoon until smooth. (If you mix with a mixer, you get a cream. Also tasty, but not that.) Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. From this amount of products, 700-800 grams of paste come out. I take hazelnuts or peanuts, pre-fried, but you can take any that you like more.

Thank you! We ate and today we are making another portion. Moderately sweet and very much the kids like it for breakfast. Now, at least they don't ask for a store, but they are already picking up everything they need for your pasta in the store. Last time we did it with walnuts, today we do it with hazelnuts. Skusnoooooo!
