I cut it off every three divisions, but when frying, the shape was lost, it became shorter and thicker, I don't understand why, I also put it on the grill along the ribs, but I had to cross it so that beautiful stripes were visible. But all this did not affect the taste, it turned out very tasty
Next time I will take into account all my mistakes and adjust the appearance to the original)))
