Cooking method

  • We take a silicone mold for eggs. In it we will make an omelet. Finely chop the red pepper (I had the rest from dinner) and put it on the bottom of the silicone mold; I also added spices to the pepper (this is a matter of taste). Then we take the egg and from it we carefully pour only one protein into our mold (I leave the yolks for the hair - I make masks) and put a whole egg with the yolk on top - our pepper is under the "egg coat".
  • We take 1 m. Art. water and pour it into a multicooker, put a double boiler, and a silicone mold in the middle - it will be stable and will not collapse.
  • We turn on the timer for 4 minutes. We close the MV lid.
  • As soon as the signal sounds that the water has boiled, we put the egg on the double boiler, and the silicone mold continues to stand.
  • A signal will sound about the completion of work, we take everything out, pour the whole egg over with a stream of cold water and insert it into an egg holder, and put the silicone mold in a plate, or you can get our omelet out of a silicone mold, you get such a "snow ball - ice cream".

I do almost the same with quail eggs; omelet - 2 quail eggs, chicken protein and greens (dill), before serving I add fresh vegetables - cucumber slices
