Pork marinated in garlic arrow paste baked in the Stadler Form multicooker

Ingredients

Pork (can be on the bone) any part 1 kg.
garlic paste 2 tbsp. l.
mayonnaise (sour cream) 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste

Cooking method

  • The recipe is extremely simple: mix the garlic paste with mayonnaise or sour cream, add a little to taste. Cut the meat into pieces (I have the neck part on the bone) about 150-200 g each, spread it well with the resulting mixture, leave to marinate for about 2 hours, then put it in a multicooker bowl in one layer, bake on the baking program for 25 -30 minutes each side.
