Ingredients

warm water 300 ml
wheat flour 500 g
sunflower oil 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
fresh yeast 10 g

Cooking method

  • Dip the yeast in sugar and wait until it becomes liquid.
  • Add water and stir.
  • Add salt to flour and mix
  • We turn on the kneader for min speed and add 1 spoonful of flour, and knead for 10 minutes at 1 speed
  • 4 minutes before the end, add 1 tbsp of butter and wait until it fits into the dough.
  • We leave the dough to come up.
  • When it doubles, turn on the kneader for another 5 minutes, then take it out of the bowl onto the table and knead a little with your hands, lather the table with flour.
  • We form bars by rolling the dough into a thin layer and roll up into a loaf.
  • We put it in a mold and wait for the bread to come up
  • I baked in mini ovens Steba 28Eco Line, we heat the oven to 230 g, top / bottom mode + convection.
  • When the bread has doubled, sprinkle it on top from a spray bottle and put it in the oven. And we do a couple of sprays of water into the oven or oven chamber.
  • for the first 15 minutes we bake 230 g, then reduce to 200 g and bake the bread until the probe shows 98 g inside the bread.
  • We take out the bread and let it cool.
