I baked this pie today.
I also took whole eggs in a quantity of 2 pieces, it took 800 g of flour, and 3.5 lemons for the filling.
This is not in the recipe, but the lemons must be scalded with boiling water properly, or even better - hold in salted boiling water for 15-20 seconds so that the bitterness goes away.
I added sugar to the twisted lemons and, when the sugar was gone, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of potato starch.
All together, with continuous stirring, slightly brewed, and then - according to the recipe.
