Grilled royal greece with creamy sauce

Ingredients

King prawns 12 pcs
For the marinade:
Butter 30 g
Vegetable oil 30 g
Garlic 2 tooth.
Smoked paprika 1 tsp
Salt taste
For the sauce:
Starch 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Peel the shrimp (boiled), leaving the tail. Cut with a sharp knife along the back and remove the intestinal vein. Rinse.
  • Prepare the marinade. Melt the butter, pass the garlic through a press. Mix all ingredients.
  • Put the peeled shrimps in the marinade, mix thoroughly. Leave on for 30 minutes. I did it in a vacuum container.
  • Place 3 shrimps on wooden skewers and grill on both sides.
  • Dilute starch with 1/3 cup of cold water.
  • Pour marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the starch in a thin stream and stirring constantly, boil for 1 minute. Grind with a blender.
  • Serve the shrimp on skewers with the sauce.
