  • I found a recipe for stuffed squid in an old clipping from the Press Cocktail newspaper for 2010. It turned out to be delicious!
  • 1. Put the squid carcasses in boiling water for a minute, then wash, remove the insides, cartilage plate and film.
  • 2. Cook rice in salted water until tender.
  • 3. Cut the carrots into cubes, chop the onions and fry them.
  • 4. Add mushrooms to the onion and carrots and fry everything together over medium heat until tender.
  • 5.mix rice, mushrooms with onions and carrots, herbs, soybeans, pepper and stir.
  • 6. Stuff the prepared squid carcasses with filling, fasten the open edge with a toothpick.
  • 7. Three cheese on a grater.
  • 8. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and put the squid on it. Top them with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 9. Bake in an oven preheated to 200g until the cheese melts.
