  • There are many options for kebabi, this is from Georgian cuisine, our family loves it very much, but according to the recipe from the book there is no lamb in it, my guys love it with lamb, so I deviate from the original and always add it.
  • It turns out very satisfying and tasty!
  • Ideally, you need to fry kebabs over an open fire, but this does not always work out, so I bake in the oven, or you can also fry in a pan in ghee.

  • Pass the meat through a meat grinder. I already had minced meat. If you twist the meat, then along with it you need to skip the onions, bread and garlic.

  • Add salt and spices, mix well. If the minced meat seems a bit dry, you can add 2-4 tbsp. l of water. Form a kebab, cover with foil, send to the cold for 2 hours.
