Cooking method

  • Mix the flour with chopped butter, sugar and egg yolks, extinguish the soda and add to the dough. We spread the dough in an unlubricated form, forming the sides, prick it with a fork, bake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, watch when the dough is ready.
  • Sprinkle the berries (I have cherries this time) with sugar, dust them with potato starch if necessary.
  • Beat the whites with sugar until a firm foam.
  • Put the filling on the finished cake and the whipped proteins on top, bake for about 15 minutes until the proteins are golden brown, leave in the oven until they cool completely.
  • We cut the cake in portions directly in the form - very fragile.
