Nut-breaded cutlets

Ingredients

chicken fillet 300 g
fresh lard 200 g
egg 1 PC
salt taste
garlic 15 gr.
peanut 100 g
dry roll 50 gr.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • On a coffee grinder, grind peanuts (you can into dust, you can get a little larger) and a dry roll, mix well. Peel and chop the garlic.
  • Pass the chicken breast and lard through a fine grinder, add garlic, salt, pepper, 50 gr. nut mixture, mix the minced meat well. Withstand it for 10 minutes. Blind the patties and roll in the remaining nut mixture, fry in boiling oil on both sides, bring to readiness over low heat. Eat with pleasure.
