  • It's been a long time since I fry cutlets in a pan with fat. I prefer to cook them in the oven, airfryer or, as in this case, in a multicooker on the baking program.
  • We do not grease the bottom of the multicooker with anything, we put the patties tightly. In the process of frying, their own fat will be melted from them and they will slightly decrease in size. by the way, the better the minced meat is mixed and beaten off, the less the output volume will suffer.
  • Turn on the program bakery products, close the lid and go to the multicooker, I have a Panasonic, in 20 minutes to turn our cutlets onto another barrel. And ... after 10 minutes, turn off the program. Do not open the lid for another 10 minutes and you can invite to the table.
