Pasta with meat sauce and mushrooms (lazy option) in the Oursson 5015 multicooker pressure cooker

Ingredients

ground turkey 500 g
frozen porcini mushrooms. 500 g
tomatoes in their own juice or 1 can
pulp of grated tomatoes 500 g
mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
salt, pepper, dried thyme
pasta 150 g

Cooking method

  • Fry minced meat on all sides on ave. Baking, add squeezed chopped mushrooms, fry for 8-10 minutes, add pasta, tomatoes, mayonnaise or cream, thyme, salt, if there is not enough liquid, pour mushroom water.
