It so happens that there is a prepared dish in the refrigerator that is not eaten because it turned out ... let's say, not entirely expected. My dish turned out to be turkey breast kebab, cooked in the Philips Airfryer. I am not yet quite accustomed to the disposition of my new friend, so surprises still happen to the poet. The shish kebab made from the most delicate breast, pre-pickled in the best traditions of Caucasian cuisine, turned out to be very dry (persimmon was not near).
  • Mine, having chewed on a piece, grimaced their grunts and refused to eat. But where ours did not disappear
  • The most important principle of further action is not to strictly follow my list of ingredients.
  • I performed resuscitation in a Philips airfryer, but the same can be done in a multicooker, aero grill, or an oven.
  • Leave the butter in small pieces at the bottom of the mold (I took homemade ghee, picking it out with a teaspoon). In a bowl, mix cottage cheese (you can take sour cream or yogurt) and ketchup (or tomato paste, or tomato cut into small pieces), add spices, stir. Next time I'll add some mustard.
  • Put meat in this mixture (any cooked is suitable: fried, stewed, boiled) and mix. If you have meat in a piece, cut it into small pieces.
  • Put the meat and sauce in a mold on top of the butter (you don't need to melt the butter in advance).

  • On top, put cheese sliced ​​into circles, any: Russian, feta cheese, Dutch, in general, what you find in the refrigerator. I found pizza mozzarella left over from making that very pizza.

  • Sprinkle with grated hard cheese (I have parmesan). There is a nuance here! If you cook like I did in a filipka, then the order of laying is hard cheese, on top of mozzarella. Better yet, stir the grated cheese into the sauce. As you may have guessed, I didn’t think that there was a fan in the airfryer, and my cheese would be blown all over the phillips by the wind. Smelling the aroma of burnt cheese, I immediately caught myself, took out the mold and "hid" the parmesan under the mozzarella.
