Zucchini salad with yogurt

Ingredients

2 small young zucchini
For refueling:
garlic 2-3 cloves
half a bunch of dill
thick natural yoghurt (Greek, Bulgarian, Turkish) 3-4 tbsp. l.
dry mint
dry thyme optional
salt
red pepper flakes

Cooking method

  • We cut the zucchini in any way or three on a coarse grater.
  • * If you grated the zucchini, then squeeze it out well
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan
  • Lightly fry zucchini circles or ribbons in small portions
  • Literally 2-3 minutes
  • Put each fried portion on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • * If the zucchini is not chopped, but grated, then put it completely in a frying pan in hot oil, salt and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
  • If a lot of juice has formed, then it must be drained at the end of cooking so that your salad does not float :)
  • Prepare the gas station.

  • Chop the garlic and dill.
  • Add to yogurt, salt and stir.
  • * Sometimes a little lemon juice is added to the dressing.
  • Next, put the cooked zucchini in a bowl, season it with yogurt with garlic and dill, sprinkle with pepper on top, and dry herbs (mint and thyme), chopped nuts and water it lightly! olive oil.
