Young corn in 8 minutes

Ingredients

Corn optional
Water for two ears 300 ml
Milk 250 ml
Butter 60 g

Cooking method

  • We clean and cut or break the corn (required) into pieces.
  • Fill with cold water so that it only covers.
  • Let it boil and immediately pour in a glass of milk and put a piece of butter.
  • Cook from the moment of boiling for 8 minutes.
  • I did it in a multicooker, on the Steam program.
  • I put the corn in a bowl, poured it with cold water, waited until the countdown started - from 15 minutes, added milk and butter, and opened the lid twice in the process - so that it wouldn't run away.
  • Young corn in 8 minutes
  • But this is optional.
  • You can rub it with salt, it's not for everybody, I didn't salt it.
  • Try it, it turned out very tasty!

Note

Do not pour out the brine remaining after boiling the corn! Can be used in bread and dough.
