Ingredients

wheat sourdough 100% moisture 300 grams
oat flakes 50 grams
wheat flour / grade 350 grams
sour cream 100g
milk 100g
sugar 200 grams
banana pulp 200 grams
margarine is very soft 150 grams
egg 2 pieces
soda 0.5 tsp
baking powder 1.5 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Remove the sourdough from the refrigerator, let it warm.
  • Take out all the food and let it warm.
  • Beat the margarine with sugar.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Pour in milk and sour cream. Stir.
  • Add salt and vanilla.
  • Combine starter culture, butter / milk mixture, flakes and baking soda.
  • Bananas, very ripe, mash with a fork (do not use a blender) and add to the mixture. Stir.
  • Leave for 40 minutes at room temperature.
  • Mix flour with baking powder.
  • Just mix everything with a spoon.
  • Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees.
  • Arrange the dough in tins.
  • We bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • We take out, cool and enjoy.
