She began to rub just on a large grater = that's the very thing, the golden mean. And not porridge, as if on a fine grater, and cucumbers do not interfere in the juice. An excellent flavoring and aroma additive in salads in winter, in okroshka. In all sorts of wellness mixes.
2. I rub the cucumbers again, add grated horseradish, chopped tomatoes, it is possible without tomatoes, sugar (or honey - well, this is certainly purely for health), salt can be put, it is possible without it, when with honey. I store it in freeze.
3. On any juicer - centrifugal or screw, I skip cucumbers. Cake in the freeze * for health *, disgusting. but useful. Freeze juice. Fresh cucumber juice for a long time, even under good cooling conditions, for more than 3 days, is not worth it, well, if only it is well salted and sugared, but then the benefits of precisely cucumber juice are lost. I pour the juice into yoghurt bottles, portion, 330 ml., No longer drunk, it is not very tasty.

I would not say. that it is very tasty, but when it happens that cucumbers have already been made in all sorts of ways, and there is still - then and even so, at least - they are fresh, not boiled, not canned.
