  • I offer you a recipe for lecho, which I have been making for several years. This lecho has a very tasty marinade. And I also like that it has a small onion. In general, I love onions, who do not like can not add or then catch them. According to the recipe, a kilogram of small onions is used in lecho. In my opinion, this is too much. I usually add onion sets, buy them at a seed store, choose a size and go to the kitchen.
