Soup "Tertyukha"

Tertyukha soup

Ingredients

chicken broth 500 ml
potatoes 300 g
brisket 30 g
cream (fat milk) 50 ml
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
butter 10 g
greens (dill, parsley) taste

Cooking method

  • I am sharing a recipe for a wonderfully tasty, simple and hearty soup of Belarusian cuisine.
  • Preparation. Three peeled potatoes on a fine grater; Chop the brisket, fry until crisp in a frying pan; bring the broth to a boil, finely chop the herbs.
  • Preparation Add the grated potatoes one spoon at a time to the boiling broth, stirring continuously, boil for about five minutes until the potatoes are ready, add cream or milk, salt and pepper (if necessary) and bring to a boil. Pour into plates, add butter (I do not put it), put the bacon cracklings on top and sprinkle with herbs.
  • Tertyukha soup is ready, bon appetit!
